Description:
Great results start with great goals! This webinar breaks down the difference between process and outcome goals and helps you, as a handler, identify meaningful goals that drive progress—making your training more efficient, measurable, and successful in more ways than one.

You’ll learn how to use process goals to redefine winning, prevent overtrying, and minimize frustration and despondency in trials, while clearly defining the big-picture results you want. We’ll also focus on the small, actionable habits and everyday “wins” that get you there – keeping your team motivated, engaged, and confident.

Through practical examples of outcome and process goals, you’ll learn how to build a goal plan that supports a positive mindset and strong teamwork on the road to success.
